TOXINS IN YOUR GARDEN- Dogs are naturally curious, they love to dig, and have a habit of trying to consume anything that they come across, which makes them at a very high risk for accidental poisoning.

This proves to be even more dangerous in springtime. As the flowers and gardens bloom and come to life with new growth, your dog and you spend even more time outside enjoying the atmosphere.

Toxic bulbs, plants and flowers, include tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, certain types of lilies, lily of the valley. Below is a chart for your information.

FERTILIZERS- Harmful fertilizers and ground covering include cocoa mulch, blood meal, bone meal, and any fertilizer containing disulfoton,or organophosphates.

Protect your dog like you would a child, store all poisonous substances in your home, garage, and yard out of the reach of your curious little canine, along with blocking any access to harmful bulbs and flowerbeds. Dogs are curious just like a child and will get into just about anything, if they find it interesting. Flowers have a sweet smell and sound might even smell good enough to eat for your canine.

FLEA & TICK- Summer is when they breed and are greater in numbers, So don't forget to treat your puppy/dog with their flea, tick and heartworm medicine.

Keep them healthy so that they can spend many years being your best friend.

Dogs love the outdoors and love to spend time with the family, Please make sure that your dog is safe from harm so that they can continue to enjoy their life with you.
