We have over 16 years of breeding experience. We fell in love with the Yorkshire Terrier breed in 2003 and was hooked for life. We knew that we wanted to breed such a fine dog, so that more people could enjoy their love and companionship. I take my breeding very seriously and was not looking for the 1st dog I could find. It took me over 1 year to find the right male for breeding, During that time I bought every book that I could find on Yorkies and read and read, being a firm believer in the AKC registry and the quality that they demand from their breeders, I made sure that I found the perfect AKC little guy for my male. I drove 235 miles to see this male and feel in love with him so along came Makoto Mai-tai , Great pedigree, personality, temperament, color, the right quality that a yorkie should be. Then it took us almost a year to find the perfect AKC girl. I drove 740 miles to find this precious little girl so along came Sokoto Suki Championship bloodlines with over 3 lines of champions in just her 1st 3 lines of pedigree! Gorgeous coat, great color, great personality and temperament. 

I have since added my precious Chelse of burgundy and Yoshi O'Reilly to our family. Both with very high quality backgrounds. Chelse is a Parti Yorkshire Terrier and Reilly is a black and tan Yorkshire Terrier. I am very excited to have them both. We have also added my 2 new girls Josie " JoJo" and Takara " TiKi". Ms. Takara is the daughter of Suki and Mai-tai and will be Reilly's new girlfriend. We are so impressed with the quality of Suki's puppies that we had to keep one to continue the championship bloodlines.  I am a lover of the Yorkshire Terrier breed and a breeder that takes their well-being and their health very seriously, as well as their placement into their new homes. Their future health and placement means more than making any money, so I am not afraid to turn anyone down that I do not feel would make a good family home for one of my babies. 

Yorkshire Terriers are by far the most intelligent breed of a dog that I have seen in a long time. Yorkshire Terriers have a love that is never failing and they show it thru their caring personalities and companionship. Even thou they are very small (try telling them that) they have a mind of a great dane when it comes to protecting their family and home. The Yorkie may think that he/she is big and indestructible, You as a responsible owner must realize that he/she is very fragile and must be handled gently. Yorkies are the cream of the crop when it comes to personality, temperament, intelligence, and love.

Always put your Yorkshire Terrier first. When you take on the responsibility to care for an animal, you need to do it. Having a puppy is a big responsibility and you need to make sure that you are ready to give the attention, love and time to the puppy. If you cant commit to the puppy then why should the puppy commit to you!
