Upon receipt of your deposit, The puppy that you have chosen will be taken off the market and will be held for you until the puppy is ready for his/her new home. Due to the fact that the puppy is being held for you and will not be sold.

Your puppy will continue to be given the perfect care that it has been receiving,  Updates on your puppy will be send via email to you, so that you can see your puppy as he/she grows and prepares for his/her arrival home to you.
All my Yorkies are FULL AKC registered, Please dont be deceived by breeders that tell you they have a yorkie for sale that is AKC and CKC registered. IT CANT HAPPEN! The mom or dad might be AKC, BUT if one of the parents are CKC, Then AKC WILL NOT ALLOW the puppies to be registered with AKC. CKC will register anything, they dont care if the parents are registered with different registries. They just care about their registration fee.That is why some breeders tell you that the puppy is AKC CKC registered, That is a LIE! I have discussed this with a AKC rep. and they state that Mommy and daddy must be AKC and if  BOTH PARENTS are not registered with AKC then your puppy will only be CKC.  I just wanted to bring that to people's attention. I have been asked so many times if a yorkie can be registered with both AKC and CKC and I find it sad that breeders will mislead people into thinking that it can be done!

Chelse will be having her babies soon! Looks like her babies are due around the middle of October, Which means CHRISTMAS BABIES!
